Mark A. Urbanski, Esq. has more than 27 years of experience in private practice as a U.S. Immigration attorney. Scheduling a consultation with Mr. Urbanski is your first step in evaluating the options available to you in seeking a work visa or legal permanent residence in the United States for yourself or on behalf of a family member or foreign worker, and hopefully progressing to retaining Mr. Urbanski to represent you in your immigration matter.  During your consultation Mr. Urbanski will review your background and qualifications, discuss your goals and objectives, recommend options available to you and leave time to answer your questions.

Initial consultations are generally conducted via Zoom video conference or telephone at the rate of $250.00 for up to one hour.  In-person consultations are available in Reston, VA or Washington, DC at the rate of $300.00 for up to one hour. Reduced rate consultations are available for $200.00 (phone/video) or $250.00 (office) to employees of the World Bank, IMF, IDB, PAHO, full-time students, teachers, U.S. Military and Veterans. Consultations fees will be credited to the cost of representation upon subsequently retaining the Law Offices of Mark A. Urbanski PLLC within 90 days of the consultation.
